Business Casual Dress  - We employ a "Business Casual" dress code which allows our employees to adopt a more casual, yet still professional attire.

Gym Access & Personal Trainer Available
- 2 days a week, employees have access to a personal trainer and gym.  The trainer is available to work with employees on their personal fitness goals.

Childcare provided in-house - During tax & audit season, as a benefit to the hard working staff, the firm offers in house child care on Saturdays while parents are working on the premises.

Annual Performance Review - Performance Evaluations and Reviews are conducted every six months. Merit-based pay adjustments are awarded to recognize truly superior employee performance.

Education Expenses - Courses taken in order to meet continuing education requirements for CPAs and CPA candidates will be paid for by the firm. Rooms and mileage are also paid for when out of town courses are attended. Tuition and books for courses relating to one's job will also be paid for by the firm, upon approval. The firm also pays for time off to take the CPA exam.

Professional Dues - The partners feel that it is very important to get involved in the community and professional groups and will, therefore, reimburse employees for costs incurred for such memberships or meetings.

Profit Sharing 401(K) - The firm does offer retirement and savings plans and strives to provide 5% of gross pay, regardless of participation.

Flexible Spending Accounts - Flexible spending accounts for child and health care are available.

Medical Insurance - The office has a group medical and life insurance policy for full-time employees. The firm pays for coverage for the employee, and the employee can elect to contribute for family and dependent coverage.

Dental and Vision Insurance
is also available through our cafeteria plan.

Disability Income - Disability income (AFLAC) is available to employees who wish to use it when needed. 

Holidays - There are 9 paid holidays throughout the year for eligible employees, including: 1/2 day on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the day of and day after Thanksgiving, and Income Tax day.

Vacation - Vacation time off with pay is available to eligible employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. Employees with 1-5 years with the firm receive 10 days of paid vacation. After 5 years, employees receive 15 days.

Sick Leave - Eligible employees receive 6.5 days of sick leave per calendar year, which can be used in 1 hour increments.

Bereavement Leave - Employees who wish to take time off due to a death in the immediate family may take up to 3 paid days.
